Before You Start
Confirm you have everything ready — setup goes much faster when these are all in place
Active Ylopo Subscription
With API/webhook access enabled. Check Settings → Integrations in your Ylopo dashboard.
Active CRM Account
Agency or sub-account level. This is where the snapshot installs and leads flow.
LC Phone or Twilio
Required for SMS sequences. Go to Settings → Phone Numbers in your CRM sub-account.
Booking / Calendar Link
Your CRM calendar or Calendly URL — used in SMS and email templates for appointments.
Push the Snapshot
Install all workflows, pipelines, templates and custom fields into your CRM sub-account
Log into your CRM Agency dashboard
Use the main agency login — not a sub-account. You need agency-level access to push snapshots.
Go to Settings → Snapshots
Find the snapshot named Lead Intelligence for Ylopo in the list.
Click Push to Sub-Account
Select the three-dot menu or Share button next to the snapshot. Choose Push to Sub-Account, select your target sub-account, and confirm.
Find Your CRM Location ID
The unique ID of your sub-account — needed for the onboarding form
Log into your CRM sub-account
The specific sub-account where you just pushed the snapshot. Not the agency dashboard.
Go to Settings → Business Info
Click the gear icon in the bottom-left sidebar, then click Business Info.
Copy your Location ID
It appears at the top of the page — a long alphanumeric string like xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Copy it and keep it ready.
Create Your CRM Private API Key
A secure key that lets the integration post leads into your sub-account
Still inside your CRM sub-account — go to Settings → API Keys
Find API Keys in the left sidebar under Settings.
Click + Create New Key
Name it Ylopo Integration. Leave permissions at default (full access). Click Create.
Copy the key immediately
The full key (starting with eyJ...) is only shown once. Copy it before closing the window.
Find Your Ylopo API Key
The key that authorizes incoming webhooks from your Ylopo account
Log into Ylopo at app.ylopo.com
Use your normal Ylopo credentials.
Go to Settings → Integrations
Click your profile name in the top-right corner → Settings → Integrations in the left sidebar.
Copy your API Key
Find the field labeled API Key or Webhook API Key and copy it.
Fill Out the Onboarding Form
Submit your API keys securely — this configures your personal Cloudflare Worker
📋 What you'll enter in the form
- Your contact info — name, email, team name, sub-account name
- Ylopo API Key — from Step 4 above
- CRM Location ID — from Step 2 above
- CRM Private API Key — from Step 3 above
- Agent name and phone — for SMS and email templates
- Calendar/booking link — inserted into automated messages
Click the Setup Form link in your welcome email
Check the email you received after purchase. The form link is included. If you can't find it, reply to that email and ask for the form link.
Fill in all sections and click Submit
Takes about 5 minutes. Check all three acknowledgment checkboxes at the bottom before submitting.
Paste Your Webhook URL into Ylopo
The final connection — this is what makes leads flow automatically
Wait for your confirmation email
After submitting the onboarding form, you'll receive an email within 24 hours containing your personal webhook URL. It will look like this:
Log into Ylopo → Settings → Integrations
Find the field labeled Webhook URL or Lead Notification URL.
Paste your personal webhook URL and save
Make sure you paste YOUR unique URL — not the example above. Each buyer has a different URL that routes to their specific CRM sub-account.
Configure Your Custom Values
Personalize the automated messages with your team's name and contact details
Go to your CRM sub-account → Settings → Custom Values and fill in these fields:
Activate Your Workflows
Workflows install in Draft mode — activate them in this order
Run a Test Lead
Confirm everything is connected and firing correctly before going live
Submit a test lead through Ylopo
Use your own email and phone number so you receive the automated messages. Submit through your Ylopo IDX or lead form.
Wait up to 60 seconds — then check your CRM
A new contact should appear automatically with Ylopo custom fields populated (Lead Score, Lead Source, Portal Activity, etc.).
Verify the follow-up fired
Check the Conversations tab — the instant response SMS should show as sent. Check Pipelines — the contact should be in the correct stage.
Contact not appearing after 2 minutes?
Check that your webhook URL is saved correctly in Ylopo under Settings → Integrations. If the URL is correct and leads still aren't flowing, reply to your purchase confirmation email for support.
